As Elastic has grown, our Salesforce environment continues to scale with it. We'd like to hire an awesome developer to help meet the needs of our customers (internal & external) and think of ways to tackle problems using Salesforce and other platforms that have never been done before. You will not be sitting in the corner writing code. You will be working collaboratively with our business partners and the rest of our Business Systems team to build solutions that:. Make an impact. Allow us to scale our operations to match our spectacular growth. Reflect a fundamental understanding of business problems + the ideal technical solution.. What You Will Be Doing. Design and implement secure, scalable technical solutions.. Writing, testing, and deploying efficient and maintainable code (no hacks).. Engage in peer reviews, troubleshoot existing source code, and address support requests.. Collaborate on solution and technical design artifacts, and actively engage in multi-functional review sessions.. Partner with business system analysts to design and implement comprehensive automations.. Evaluate business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and key performance metrics.. Sustain and enhance the full software development lifecycle using standard configurations and Salesforce tools.. Showcase expertise in Salesforce and CPQ functionalities and features across business application projects.. Be responsible for Salesforce CPQ integration with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal systems.. What You Bring. Have 5+ years of Salesforce development and customization experience, including experience with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs. Have used the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. Experience in designing, configuring, and developing on the Salesforce CPQ platform including discounts, approvals, price rules, product rules, SKU setup, and QCP.. A deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture, limits, security, and out of the box automation tools of the platform. Think in terms of simplicity and scalability when implementing solutions. No over-engineering needed.. Excel at listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into technical realities. Experience with Agile development practices and a sprint delivery model. Bonus Points. Salesforce Developer Certifications. Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. Understanding of Event Monitoring Data. Experience with CICD tools (Copado). Experience with CLM applications like Ironclad/Conga and Revenue Applications like RevPro
