Build, manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI. Scale our Meta acquisition efforts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA . Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance . Analyze performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Growth Strategy Development & Execution: . Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth. Test and Learn:. evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): . Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages. Data-Driven Decision-Making: . Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement . Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI. Industry & Trend Awareness: . Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related analytical field. 6+ years of Growth Marketing experience with 4+ years of in-house and hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns and strategy in B2B tech. Experience managing a Meta Ads account with 6 figure monthly spend. Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience developing testing structures and deliverables based on performance. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Extensive experience managing paid social channels for business growth. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to new challenges. Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
