Source and qualify high-potential leads aligned to our ICP. Research and identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach with precision. Execute multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social. Collaborate with AEs to hand off qualified opportunities. Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and actionable. Shadow AEs on discovery calls and demos—this is a launchpad to a closing role. Refine and evolve our SDR playbook. Consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline creation targets. What We’re Looking For. at least 6 months of SDR experience at a high-growth startup, ideally in data/compute/infra. A track record of exceeding pipeline goals. Confidence in multi-channel prospecting. Curiosity, coachability, and a hunger to learn. Startup grit: adaptable, proactive, and resilient.
