Minimum Qualifications. 4+ years of professional software development experience. 1-2 years in a technical leadership or people management role. 4+ years of experience with C#/.NET (or similar object-oriented languages). 4+ years of experience with Vue3 or similar modern reactive frameworks (React, Angular, etc). 4+ years of experience with SQL (we use Postgres) or similar database technologies. Strong understanding of clean architecture, domain-driven design, and testable code. Strong experience mentoring engineers. Experience with migration patterns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across time zones. Be a proactive and driven self-starter. Preferred Qualifications. Prior experience managing teams, building external-facing products serving users at scale. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. Experience with application security or DevSecOps. Passion for education, learning platforms, and student-centered technology
