Develop and optimize RESTful APIs in C#, supporting a modern React/Redux web app. Lead feature development and cloud architecture improvements in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift). Contribute to our CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to build features that scale. Own performance, availability, and security of backend services used by enterprise clients.. ✅. What You Bring. 7+ years of backend experience (preferably C#), focused on data-heavy applications.. Strong understanding of scalable systems, microservices, and software design principles.. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.. Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance optimization for large datasets.. Passion for clean code, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.. English fluency, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote team.. 🧭 . Your First 90 Days. Day 1–30: Learn the codebase, tools, and team practices. Tackle a few well-scoped tasks. Day 31–60: Independently deliver features. Get active in code reviews. Share input during planning. Day 61–90: Lead development on a major feature. Own performance, testing, and delivery.
