GTM Enablement Specialist at Optiv. Location Information: USA. This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.. The GTM Enablement Specialist (Coordinator) role is part of Optiv's GTM Enablement team. Optiv is looking for an organized team player to lead content and coordination efforts for the high growth Go to Market Team.. The person we are looking for is diligent, forward thinking, and would be excited to streamline many moving parts. They will collaborate across team members and departments and be critical to the program and training management of the Enablement Team and GTM Organization as a whole. This person will oversee coordination of many ongoing initiatives including monthly new hire cohorts and standalone training sessions across multiple team members' programs. They will also be responsible for helping develop content to enhance and reinforce crucial messages and trainings. This position will be reporting to the Manager, GTM Enablement Strategy.. How you'll make an impact. Training Session Logistics. : Lead the coordination of logistics for a wide range of training sessions. Your goal is to guarantee smooth execution and an engaging learning experience for all participants. Build and maintain a training calendar for all GTM enablement trainings as well as any Sales All Hands calls.. Scheduling & Communications:.  Take charge of scheduling and logistical arrangements for various training events, including management of virtual platforms like Teams and Zoom and ensuring clear communication with team members, facilitators, participants and SMEs.. Training & Content Creation Support:. Provide essential support to all Enablement Managers providing logistical support, executing on communications and coordinating training activities. Coordinate the creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of GTM enablement resources, templates, best practice documentation and tools, and trainings. Support the planning and execution of GTM team offsite meetings, OKO and enablement sessions.. Monitor & Report on Training Effectiveness. : Support the Business Enablement Analyst on the team to collect participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics. Coordinate and program manage an enablement effectiveness process, including reports on training and enablement programming completion, certification process where applicable, and feedback intake to support.. Keep Content Fresh & Organized:.  Collaborate with the Enablement Analyst to implement strategies for organizing all Enablement collateral, transforming it into a one-stop shop for all content-related needs including New Hire material, ongoing skills trainings, product launches, and more. Support in overseeing the GTM SharePoint site and/or any other Enablement Platform (such as Mindtickle), ensuring the information and content remain current and relevant for our programs.. Ongoing Support to Team Members:.  Provide support to GTM team members who have questions or concerns about training and enablement programs. Work on broader GTM Enablement and Operations projects or initiatives as requested.. What we're looking for. Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or a related. 1-3 years in a similar role . Extremely detail oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage and categorize content.. Ability to work independently and take ownership of content organization and management. Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools. Willingness to be agile and work cross functionally . A proactive approach to content strategy, reflecting a keen understanding of how to use content management systems to enhance internal communication and collaboration..
