Account Manager at QuinStreet. Location Information: USA. Job Category. This role will facilitate the Banking & Wealth category’s fast growth and enable us to both uphold and expand our existing publisher relationships.  It requires an individual to be very analytical, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.  We are seeking a candidate who is fantastic at building relationships, highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and organized. This role needs someone with a high-level business acumen and who is hyper-focus on client satisfaction.. Knowledge of the personal finance space is strongly preferred, along with an interest in various banking and wealth products from both major banks and smaller/fintech providers..  . Responsibilities. Lead publisher reporting efforts and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to publishers.. Manage and complete daily, weekly and monthly ad hoc support needs and requests of publishers and the Banking Media team. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing relationships and launch new partnerships. Review and approve publisher content, emails, and social media posts to ensure they comply with client guidelines. Audit publisher sites for compliance violations, broken links, and missed revenue opportunities and communicate findings to publishers and internal teams. Analyze banner performance and use findings to create detailed requests for new banner inventory. Analyze publisher performance and work with the Banking Media team to provide recommendations that will help grow revenue. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to onboard new publishers and expand existing integrations.. Develop account level media allocation recommendations based on performance and business requirements.. Leverage proprietary software for integration, performance tracking, reporting, pricing, and budget allocation caps.. Educate publishers on using the software effectively to drive growth and meet client KPIs.. Perform other related duties as assigned.. Requirements. 1+ years of experience in a support type of role or related. BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.. Solid analytical and/or data engineering skills.. Banking/Financial Services knowledge preferred, but not required. Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills/team oriented.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can-do attitude, customer focused, self-starter, resourceful/agile, highly organized, detail oriented, strong work ethic..  . The expected salary range for this position is $52,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
