Senior Director of Business Process & Systems Transformation.  is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for aligning core business processes with scalable, efficient systems across Emburse. This leader will own the vision and execution of business systems and process transformation initiatives, enabling high-performance operations, supporting business agility, and driving enterprise-wide alignment.. You’ll lead a cross-functional transformation team and collaborate closely with executives, department heads, and technology partners to ensure systems such as Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, our billing platform, HRIS, client support platforms, and others, are optimized to support mission-critical business processes including but not limited to Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Issue to Resolution.. Essential Functions. Strategic Leadership:.  Define and drive the enterprise business systems strategy in alignment with Emburse's strategic priorities and operational goals.. Transformation Program Management:.  Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to transform and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with systems capabilities and desired business outcomes.. Business Process Ownership:.  Partner with stakeholders to assess, reimagine, and continually improve key processes, including Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report.. Organizational Change Leadership:.  Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by leading change management and adoption efforts across teams.. Team Management:.  Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals specializing in business systems and process transformation.. Cross-Functional Collaboration:.  Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, HR, Customer Success, and IT to ensure systems and processes meet evolving business needs.. Governance & Best Practices:.  Establish business systems governance frameworks and promote standardization, automation, and best practices across departments.. Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).. 10+ years of experience in business systems leadership, process transformation, or enterprise applications.. Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in fast-paced, scaling organizations.. Deep understanding of business process frameworks (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, billing systems, HRIS, and service management platforms.. Experience managing and scaling cross-functional teams and vendor/partner relationships.. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, outcomes, and continuous improvement.. Additional Eligibility Qualifications. Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services environment is strongly preferred.. Demonstrated success in leading business process transformation across global or distributed organizations.. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and data privacy/security requirements.. Ability to influence senior executives and drive consensus in a collaborative, matrixed environment.. Practical experience implementing or optimizing finance and billing processes in scalable systems.. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities while driving measurable results..
